SHIPPING

• When will my order arrive?
  

Give me up to 5 business days to send your order and anything after that is up to the mail service. For orders within The Netherlands, shipping should take about 1-2 days. Belgium and Luxembourg about 2 days. Germany about 3 days. Everything outside of that I don't fucking know my dudes. If your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks (Europe) or 4 weeks (Worldwide), use the contact form. 

• What are you using to ship my order?
  

PostNL for orders within the Netherlands. DHL for orders to Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Probably PostNL for other international orders.

• Why is shipping so expensive?
  

I don't make the rules. :(

• Will I get a Track & Trace code?
  

Maybe. Probably not. Only one way to find out.

• Can I order something and then come pick it up or meet up?
  

Yes! If you select Holy See (Vatican City) as your country, you don't have to pay any shipping costs. Make sure you let us know how and where you're going to meet up.

• What if I live in Vatican City?
  

Sick.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• How can I pay for my order?
  

Our BigCartel page currently only accepts PayPal.

• What about iDeal or credit card?
  

If you live within The Netherlands and you can't use PayPal but you're able to use iDeal, you can contact us through our contact page. If anyone wants to pay using a credit card then we'll figure something out, I guess.

RETURN POLICY

• I ordered a shirt but I don't like it, can I get my money back?
  

Please don't do that, we're poor. (Sorry, we don't accept returns unless we accidentally sent you the wrong order or it's damaged or whatever, in that case use our contact form.)

CLOTHING SIZES

• What sizes are the shirts?
  

Shirts are printed on high quality Gildan Softstyle T-shirts. You can find the size guide in the description.
